Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Haste IT, ABN 74 130 115 376 (“we”, “us”, “our”), including SIP trunks, DIDs, hosting, mobile services, software licensing, bundles, partner programs, and all related systems. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and comply with all Australian laws. We may require business verification.

3. Telecommunications Disclaimer

Service performance may be impacted by device issues, network congestion, carrier maintenance, or power outages. Emergency call routing is not guaranteed under all circumstances.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harmful activities. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Billing & Payments

All fees are billed in AUD. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways such as Stripe. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

Strict Refund Policy

Haste IT operates a strict no-refund policy except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Cancellations

Month-to-month services may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Contracted services (12/24/36 months) may incur early termination charges.

7. Third-Party Providers

We rely on wholesale partners including Telstra Wholesale, Ringotel, Mailgun, SIP carriers, and hosting providers. Their terms may also apply.

8. Reseller & Partner Terms

Resellers may sell services under their brand and are responsible for customer communication. Pricing and commission structures may change with notice.

9. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Western Australian law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes must be resolved within Western Australian courts.
